Vanguard Diagnostics (P) Limited is a development and manufacturing company in the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) space.

Vanguard Diagnostics was founded by a motivated group of professionals with unparalleled skills and expertise in all domains of diagnostics, ranging from R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain to Business Leadership—domestic and global. The founders have a cumulative experience of over 100 years in Diagnostics, fortified by a complete chain of capabilities.Vanguard Diagnostics manufactures and markets high-quality Vitro Diagnostics reagents and instruments at its modern, well-equipped, and automated facility in the heart of the national capital of India. The facility is certified in ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015, and the products are CE-marked.

We have an installed capacity to manufacture 4.5 Mn litres of reagents annually.

We develop and manufacture reagents for the Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, ELISAs, flow cytometry, Rapid Card Tests, and Molecular Diagnostics segments. Today, Vanguard Diagnostics is amongst the youngest and largest manufacturers of diagnostic reagents in India.Vanguard Diagnostics aims to contribute to better healthcare in India and emerging markets by developing, manufacturing, and marketing high-quality diagnostic products at affordable and stable prices that are unaffected by exchange rates and import duties.

Our Model

  • Our model aims at serving as the development and manufacturing arm for the non-manufacturing companies in India thereby reducing the need for import and giving an impetus to the ‘Make in India’ initiative.

  • With a manufacturing capacity of 1.5 million liters per annum, we are the youngest and one of the largest manufacturers of Hematology Reagents in India. Hematology is our flagship product line having capacity of 1.5 Million liters per year in a single shift and contributes to ~68% of our topline revenue.

  • We have been able to convert over 200 containers worth of import from China pertaining to Hematology reagents to a viable Indian solution, by providing domestically developed and manufactured products to our customers. Thus making a small contribution to the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
