SARS-CoV-2 is one of the important members among the family of coronaviruses. It is  the causative agent for current pandemic causing illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe form  of diseases. The development of antibodies against SARS- CoV-2 virus provide protection for future  infection and remain in circulating system for months to years after infection and will bind strongly to pathogens  to block cellular infiltration and replication that is why named as neutralizing antibody. The detection of  neutralizing antibodies to SARS-Covid-2 virus provides the future immunity from virus.
